Dr. Karen Blanks Adams

Karen is an ordained minister who shares her passion for serving the Lord at the side of her husband, Leeman.

By profession, she has enjoyed a successful career in the private sector and is currently the HR Director at a private Christian university. She conducts workshops and is a sought after speaker at seminars and conferences. She has served on the Board of Directors for large non-profit organizations.

Dr. Adams earned her her D.Min at Vision International University, her MBA at Texas Woman’s University, her Master of Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute and her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Maryland.
